When i go down into the Well the Green Arrow on the map is behind a wall, and I can't find anything to interact with to get behind there. Am I missing something obvious?

As for what you do down there... look up at the ceiling deep in the cave.

the quest is broken for alot of people, myself included, there is a cheat that i used found in the followind link (gives you the ring of burden)

Unfortunately, I heard about the glitch in the well...It worked fine for me. I was able to find the floating dead guy and then get the ring and get out....Good that there's a cheat to help those that are affected by the glitch....How frustrating.
