A Brush With Death (Cheydinhal Quest)

Is it just me or are the Bethesda Official Forums down more than they are up?

This topic has Spoiler info on a quest so if you are not already familiar with the A BRUSH WITH DEATH quest line please avoid reading this. Its a nicely done quest. Another one of those things in the game that made me think, "Wow, this game is so cool". So stop right here unless you want to spoil it.

Or unless you have already discovered A Painted World. You have been warned...

Anyway... I am now an Argonian Assassin at level ten closing on eleven. I have killed several trolls before. They are tough but as long as you stay close and hack them up aggressively they don't regenerate health quick enough to be more than a moderate problem for a lightly armored character.

But these Painted Trolls are tough as nails even when you poison your blade with the turpentine and use the same tactics in the outer world. I don't enjoy cheating in the game so I have made numerous attempts at completing this quest with out a God Mode or other spoiler. But I have grown tired of the overly tough Trolls in A Painted World. Any help or hint would be appreciated.

I have yet to try this but would using more than one turpentine be the trick or are you only given six because there are six Painted Trolls to deal with?

You don't need to kill any of the trolls except the one guarding the body.  Jump up on the cliffside and sneak around until you find the troll next to the body, load him with turpentine, get the brush, then sneak back to the dude at the beginning
