You mean you just got Oblivion?

To get the race, class, and birthsign just start a new game and go through the "tutorial" type levels at the begining. After you fight your way through the entire first area they will ask you to choose all that.

As for the Green Elven Sword, I'm not familiar with it.

As for online, there isn't a multiplayer version so the only reason to go online it to get updates and patches from theelderscrolls.com or do download mods and expansions. You can hear all about that stuff here.

If I didn't answer your question, please clarify or just wait for someone else to come along and help you out.

Good luck.

Theres no right and wrong answer what was class, birthsign or race you pick, you can make it all up by yourself. You can even make your own class. To do that, when the Emperor's Guard asks you what class you are, you have to choose 'Custom Class' and choose all the major skills and name your new class. You can also change your class or edit it right before you exit the Imperial Underground.

If you want to choose Race, Class, and Birthsign to suit a certain kind of warrior (e.g. Mage, Hand-to-Hand, Knight, Marksman, etc.) you can look up a guide for the right skills, or use http://www.atomicgamer.com/article.php?id=243, which is quite handy. Hope this helps.

if you mean green glass sword, then i made a book in how to get that . heres that section:
Glass Sword
Ok. You have to pay
A big price to get
This. No, not by money,
 But by a Murder.
There is a small province
 NE of Leyawin, my fa-
vorite town under Bravil.

There is an Ork over there
With a Green Sword
Sheathed in his scabbard.
You kill him and take
His sword. There is still
Two other people there
That you can kill, and one
Of them has a massive mass
Of magical arrows.

hope it helped.

The PC version and 360 version are barely different. Some things might be a little off from the PC vs., but most of the time the 360 isn't any different.

At least, that's what I've read from guides. I have the PC version, and sometimes I use 360 quest guides without even noticing cause it works just the same.
