After a fight with some goblins and zombies,the magicka is not restoring at all!
Maybe that stupid goblin witch(bitch) put some spell on me!What should I do?

What birth sign did you choose, because atronarchs dont regenerate their magicka over time.
Also have you checked the effects section in the spells menu, to see if there are any inhibitors in effect that would prevent recharge.

Bad effect is disease caused by Astral Vapors and the consequence is,of course stunted magicka.Do you know what is it,what's the cure?And by the way my birth sign is The Ritual.

my second file i got 2 intelligence cuz i drank too much alcohol and skooma and now can't go to the gods to restore me cuz i'm most wanted and a assasin grr  oh read my book oblivions vice city in hints spoilers its about a story about a dark elf that suffers from his crimes that he commited and beggs the gods for help and his wood elf ancestors
