10 Nirnroot Samples

I've found 4 out of 10 Nirnroot samples. They were by the pond. But where are the other 6. Please help!

the root only grows by water and they are HARD to find. only about 64 in the game if i remember correctly and part of those are not even in the wild but rather in peoples houses in pots. The guide says that they grow in random locations around the land but always near water. I dont have the guid with me right now but i found some near the lake you come out at in the first part of the game and also in the ponds in some of the cities.

I didn't have any problems on that quest really. My tip is walk by the shorelines of the imperical city moat, I've found many nirnroots there. I've also found some by elven ruins and shrines.

There are over 300 nirnroots in the game, with over 60 of them just in towns. They grow around water normally, so pretty much anytime you can find some rocks near water, or a dock, or just a small puddle, you can find a nirnroot.
