In oblivion you can do the Grayfox's last mission. But i want to get back up in that room and steal some of my own, muhahah

So i must ask how does one do such thing...

Yeah, I played that quest and thought "I wish I could've gotten into that part of the tower sooner" so I created a mod that adds a key to that part of the tower on all the palace guards. Later I restarted so I could make a new character and it finally got it's use.
