Do you need to close all the gates to go to the final blade mission?

If not, please list the order of quest i need to do to get there

No. You only need to shut 4 (out of 60) Gates.

1. Kvatch Gate (Breaking the Siege of Kvatch quest)

2. Fort Sutch Gate (Attack on Fort Sutch quest)

3. Bruma Gate (Bruma Gate quest)

4. Great Gate (Great Gate quest)

I'd close all the gates if I was you as I got some good items as well as lots of experience from doing so…

Ya its for the best to close all of them. I did it on my paladin. They do get repeatative after a while and even slightly boring. But it does pay off. Items, experience, Fame (at least 60 fame from closing all the gates).
