Guards

What level r the guards? Do they lvl up with you or are they at the same level always? Cuzz i wanted t o try some spells and stuff that requiere lvl.

I think they do. I'm not sure as I don't have CS. But I think they are always 10 levels higher than you. Don't quote me on it though.

I do know they level up with you. Since everything in Oblivion does, I'm just not sure how great the level differences are.

I think they do NOT level up with you. At low the levels I couldn?t kill one of them and now (level 28) i can kill a lot of guards including captains.

Lol, must mean you are getting alot better, because I just checked and they are always 10 levels higher then you. Of coarse, they are stuck with steel weapons and crappy armor, where as you get access to much better arms and armors

You can also gain an advantage when you "power level". They'll be 10 standard levels above you, but you could easily out-specialize them or, as Doran D said, get better equipment than they have.
