Dive Rock

Can anyone please give me specific instructions on where to find Dive Rock? I've been searching for hours, and I can't find it! I did go NE of Cheydinhall, wandered around the mountains there, but no Dive Rock. Any help would be appreciated.

To be a little more precise its SE from the Temple of the Ansethoral Moths( the 1 form the thieves guild quest. And NE of Azuras Shrine.( BTW: when u get close to it on ur compass will appeae a sign like a mountain follow it to make it easier)
