Duskfang / Dawnfang

I love this sword its so good but i have a few questions about them

Is it leveled beacue i got it with my lvl 2 or 3 char wich i made exclusively for shivering isle and it only did 3 fire / or frost dmg depening on wich.

The other this is the nourish blade enchantment it has. My idea is that it gets fixed back  up 2 100 when it chsnges.

And last you know when you kil something it says for example oyu have killed 1  life then 2 then 3 etc but when it chsnges it goes back to 1. Is there a meaning to this like if you kill 5 ir brcomestronger or something like that?

If you kill 12 enemies with Dawnfang, the next time it changes to Duskfang it will be the Superior Duskfang. And vice versa. If you have say Superior Duskfang, if you don't kill 12 enemies with your Dawnfang before it changes, the next version will go back to the normal Duskfang... Hope that makes sense.

Edit: Ok basically, when the blade changes it checks if you killed 12 enemies with it and if you did, you get the Superior version of the other one.

The stats are the same but the enchantment is more powerfull(sp?)}

Yes Dusk/Dawn fang is leveled.

I love this blade, personally.  My sneaky murderer/thief Khajit uses it all the time. That bow... Ruin's Edge? ... is, I think, better than the DB bow you get.
