Alright. Iv'e played through oblivion numerous times, and i got to wondering, is morrowind any good? well. im sure it is knowing that it came from the peeps at bethesda, but is oblivion so much better that if i spend the money to buy it would i be disappointed? I used to have morrowind on the xbox but before i really got "into" it i let my friend borrow it and he moved before i got it back. so basically what i'm asking is, should i buy Morrowind now that i'm "into" these kind of games?

Morrowind was and is still great… I would have to say buy it and if/ when you get it buy it with blood-moon. I would probably say Morrowid is better than Oblivion in a few aspects; the world seemed bigger and it was a lot more of a free play game. You didn’t need to follow the main quest as there were a lot more side quests as well as that there were more guilds…

No problem, you’ll like Morrowind…
At least Morrowind has a full working multiplayer mod…
I also think there is a mod to make the graphics ‘look’ like oblivion…

Morrowind is still one of the best RPGs out there. Definitely get it, its even better at some things than Oblivion.

It's simple. If it moves, whack it with a blade. Multiple times. If it doesn't move, whack it anyway.

I agree that Morrowind was better in a lot of ways, but one of them is definitely not graphics.  I recently reinstalled it and after a few minutes went back to Oblivion. It made me kind of sad. Like going home after ten years and realizing it's no longer the place you remember. Morrowind blew me away when I first got it. Now it might as well be PacMan. I can't get past all the polygons.

well, i dont know exactly how bad the graphics really are but i cant imagine it being much worse than the way im runnin oblivion. i got evrything on lowest setting and the tlb command so the lighting looks like pewp. and it still runs about 8-10 fps
