Shivering Isles: Falling NPC?
«

I was playing shivering isles last night and almost got hit by a falling NPC…
I was in Crucible and a bloke almost fell on me, freaked me out…
A message came up that said something like NPC’s name has died, you won’t know what he wanted to tell you…
I saved just before he almost hit me so thought I’d see if anyone knew what he wanted or who he was?

It depends on who it was.
It might have been a guy who wanted you to push him off (no need to now) or someone I haven't met yet.

This message pop up when Hirrus Clutumnus die without starting the quest Final Resting. Hirrus climbs the stairs near the palace in the evening and stands right at the top of a long drop. Near there is a Dark Deducer. Maybe the Dark Seducer pushed him down when she was walking.

Do you think it is anything to do with the Tahriel easter egg?

I think not. He doesnt fall from the skies. There is a tarhiel reference in the newspaper "rain of burning dogs" that appears if you finished the sheogorath shrine

Its the noise he makes when you push him that makes it my favorite quest ever.

He freaks out if he detects you, yah. He's like "NO! NOT LIKE THIS!" lol. I did it anyway... and he said "Thank You!!!" as he died, lol.
