I noticed your site on the elderscrolls homepage and was pleasantly suprised with the size of it. The other sites seemed to be inundated with spam and members, which is fairly daunting.


Just going to say hi to existing members and starting off this thread, which I hope will catch on.

Personality traits:

I would describe myself as loyal, trustworthy, god-damned arrogant and a right laugh. Oh yeah - cool as hell  [img src=\"style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/cool.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":cool:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"cool.gif\" /]

Some might call me slightly mad  [img src=\"style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/lol.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":lol:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"lol.gif\" /] , perhaps sometimes over the top.


Favourite game:

I'd have to say my favourite game must be Star Wars, Knights Of The Old Republic. It is not because it has the most flexibility (that would be morrowind), or because it is the most adventurous (that would be Pirates of the Caribbean - with the 'Build Mod' of course), but because of the great story, the excellent acting and, of course, the cool force powers!  [img src=\"style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/lol.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":lol:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"lol.gif\" /]


Favourite type of music:

This might come as a kind of a suprise to you, but my favourite type of music is like ghetto music, or what you would call Hip-Hop. I also like things like the Isley brothers and Marvin Gaye, so I'm kinda eclectic.


Comments on Oblivion:

Alas, here is where it all comes out now. I am afraid I am currently awaiting its arrival through the post (should be here later on today if I'm lucky). Perhaps people who own the game can give a few starting tips?

Wow. First of all hi and welcome to the forums =]

I do believe i've spilled my proverbial guts throughout the forums about my various interests already, but no matter they can always be pasted together in one post here.


Favourite game is Chrono Trigger for SNES. Favourite game genre is RPG, especially MMORPG.

Favourite music... don't really have a favourite type of music, but I guess I enjoy Metal most of all.. though favourite band is Pink Floyd.

Personality traits. This leads me to wonder if I am actually capable of accurately determining my own personality. Other people view everyone else differently to what they think of themselves most of the time. I think myself as being friendly and trustworthy, down to earth and mellow sort of person.. others might disagree with certain aspects of that though =p

Other: I'm a computer technician by trade. I spend all day sorting out other people's computer problems, rather than my own =\

Oh, and plenty of computergame music both remixes and original scores.

Hey there Lasha and  welcome.

  Describe my personality eh, well that would probably depend on who you ask!!  At home Im easy going, I like the easy life.  I dont like to argue or whine I just want to get on with enjoying life.  At work I have to be a little more responsible and staff would probably say I can be a bossy swine at times.  I like travel and meeting people and hearing what take they have on life.  Some people confuse my confidence for arrogance but I dont consider myself to be arrogant.

  My fav game has changed over the years, at the moment ofcourse I have to say oblivion.  Previously it was SSX3.  My all time favourite ever ever would probably be Mario Kart on the snes. Many fun memories of good times with friends in my teens playing that.

  Music I have to be lame and say a little of everything, if pushed I would probably say Metal for preference.

  Fave food is curry!!

Hahaha! I should do that. Seems I have a certain "condition" that makes me start over 100 times in games, never finished Morrowind because I kept starting over and over. So far I started over 4 times in Oblivion but I think I can hang on to my current character for a bit, after I used a cheat to get over some of my personal oddities.
