ok i've just completed theboots of springheel jack and i've also got taking care of lex active the problem is i need to find a forger but the gray fox just sits at ganhedral house and says not now i need to think HELP!

It's been a while since I've done this one, so I have to look at a walk-through. (I wouldn't want to send you to a site that will give you too many spoilers but it's easy to find if you don't care about that.) It was a good refresher.

When you say you've completed the Boots of Springheel Jak... but the Gray Fox is still at Ganhedral House.... does your quest-log still say the quest is active, or did it move to the completed quests tab? My guess is, you somehow managed to get your hands on the boots without going through every step and the Gray Fox is waiting on some minor in-between step to be completed before he'll realize that you're finished. So, did you find the coffin and journal of Jak? If not, maybe you have to read the journal. (I don't think he should have appeared before you did that, but I guess it's possible.)

Try to tell us everything you've done for the quest so we can figure out anything you might have missed. If you did everything right, it might be a glitch. Hopefully you're on a PC and can use the console command to 'complete' whichever stage of the quest you're stuck on.

Well I think that you have to first sell enoufe stolen items then your contacted by a member that tells you what to do next.

I think you need 1000 gold sold to the fences to do the last quest... but if the Gray Fox is still around, something could be wrong with the quest.
