Fighters Guild ASSASINS!?

I've been meaning to post this earlier but...
I THINK THERE ARE ASASSINS(0r something) IN THE LEYAWIIN FIGHTERS GUILD!!!??? Shocked

I was on my way to do the first warters edge fighters guild quest when outside Leyawiin The white Steel guy and Tan leather guy that you help in drunk and disordely FG quest KILLED an imperial guard and i think it was the Grayland quest giver. I like that ques alot and was planning todo it straight after the WATERS EDGE N01 quest!
is this a Bug/glitch, a scripted kill or som'n else??? Huh

I strongly dislike when NPCs mess up my quests. I'm pretty sure it wasn't scripted, the radiant AI can be quite unpredictable sometimes (but mostly not).

I agree. It was most likely an AI issue. Someone in the fighters guild got hungry and stole some food in front of a guard who immediately tried to put a stop to it. The guard lost.

There are any number of other ways it could have gone down. It's possible that a wild animal followed you to town and your FG buddies and town guards both went to help you kill it (even if you didn't even know you were being chased). If one of them accidentally hit a guard, a fight could start that way. Maybe the killed that guard or maybe they were smart enough to talk it out... but in either case, they could have a bounty on them. So, once you come back into range of their AI, a guard spots them and the fighting starts just as you walk by.

Odd things like this don't happen all the time, but they easily can, since they now have a mind of their own via the game's new AI system.

yeah ive have simular problumes with the murdurous AI and then losing quests that way.

So theres probably no solution to it then.
If there isn't thanks for clearing that up for me!

I've come to the conclusion that the fighters guild members are psychos, i mean killing guards and as my new signature says FIGHTERS GUILD KILL OVER SHEPERDS PIE!
as they do in Anvil-hehe Wink
