how do i make my facegen character look better?

The problem is that everything is related. If you stretch everything to make the ears stick out it might be difficult to get the face back to looking like Will Smith without losing the ear effect again.

I guess it's worth a try though. Perhaps you could start over with a second version. Do the ears first, then see if you can get everything back to where it needs to be without  losing the ear effect.

There are mods out there for adding traditional (really long) elf ears to characters. Perhaps if you look up the author of these mods, they could make a custom set for you that stick out nicely but aren't pointy.

Thats what I  tried to point out in the post before that.
And as you said DM everythings related so you may end up losing the Will Smith look.
But try what DM said. It seems Possible to be able to get a nice face with Big Ears aswell. Thats one of the problems with Oblivion Character Creation-no ear settings-I have a sporting game where you can adjust the ears and make the guy look like Dumbo The Elephant

Some characters I never published

The ears were pasted on from a photo. I wanted someone to design Will Smith's ears but no one helped.

Wasn't quite happy with him.

His face came from a shot of Hellboy. Never got around to finishing him.

Just never published.

Figured Quentin Tarantino would be very unpopular.

Couldn't finish Halle. Wasn't happy with her.

There are bunches of many others.

Eyes are the point where Oblivion cannot match original I suppose... the eyes usually don't look quite like the prototypes, except for females who have large eyes.

As for the rest, it's very good.
