1. Horse's shadow without shadow in first angle.

2. In some place, you may hardly drive the horse.

3. Bed bug,In a city which I forget its name. When I up the stair. I still need picklocks to open the door. But my level is low. So I don't the situation inside.

4. Strange AI,the mythic dawn guard became stupid. He ran to a place. Then idle with other two enemies. I killed the two enemies. But I could't kill the guard. I use more than 30 arrows. But he didn't dead; And I even a NPC drop to the pool. She world not drown. But hardly to back the road.

5. Some NPC float on the sky. And they can walk on the sky.

I think Oblivion story is good. But these flaws may affect its quality. So...

Ther is no shadows for first person for yourself or your horse while riding, I dont think you can drown people, guards can be strong at lower levels, and your archery might not be good at all, for the bed, did you talk to the bartender for a room?

you can drown people. but only really through modding.
If you noticed if yu are fighting with them underwater they go back up then come down again but to say if you modded the riverso that it had something on top of it.done see teehee

1. I think the shadows of the player in first-person view were removed to save on processing power. You rarely need to see your own shadow when you're walking around and they didn't bother to put it back in for when you get on a horse. I doubt that there are any mods out there to fix this one.

2. This could be considered somewhat realistic. There are places that are difficult for real horses to travel. Steep cliffs are one of them. Obviously, the game isn't that good at replicating natural horse movement... but I think it's too complex a problem for a mod to fix... at least not a mod you're likely to find, since it would be long an difficult to create but probably not be a good enough improvement for most people in the end.

3. The only way to get better at picking locks is to keep trying. The higher your skill is, the easier it becomes. There are also techniques to it where your own skill at playing the mini-game can make it possible, with practice and patience, to open even a hard lock at level one. Get a feel for each lock. Don't just flick the tumbler up and try and get it into place the first time. There is a pattern to it where it will go up and down quickly a few times but one of the times it will move more slowly, making it easier to get the timing right. So, keep tapping it up to figure out the pattern and you'll have an easier time of it.  Still, if it's an inn, you might be able to just buy a key to the room... we can't help much more unless we know where you were and which quest is is for.

4. Generally, strange AI behavior can't be corrected. In some cases it might be fixed by going into the editor and fixing the path grid... but I think that's rarely the problem. This sort of thing can often be fixed by simply reloading that section and trying again. Since their behaviors aren't always going to be the same, they might not fall into the same error the second or third time around.

As for drowning... I think everyone in Cyrodiil knows how to swim really well. Pushing them into the water won't be enough to kill them. You might be able to fire arrows at them, if they're swimming around in a deep cave below you but they'll probably never just drown on their own.

Finally, arrows in this game don't do a lot of damage. There are mods to make them more powerful, I think, but they're just not that deadly. It also matters how much armor and health they have. A city guard has lots of armor protecting them, so you'll need powerful bows and arrows to do much damage, along with a high level in that skill. Even so, the mythic dawn guard could still have plenty of protection from their special light armor. You might need 100 arrows to take him out if your level is low enough. You also need to make sure you are actually hitting him. Sometimes, from far away, it looks like you've struck an enemy with an arrow but if their health meter doesn't reappear, you've simply hit something near them and didn't do them any damage.

5. This one, is probably the only one I'd call a genuine bug. NPCs should never be able to fly around or walk on the sky or invisible objects. In order to help you track the error down, we'll need more information about where this happened and what mods you have installed. It's a pretty odd thing and it needs to be fixed.
