I looked into it and it's a mod by LHammonds. Unfortunately, it's still in progress and has not been released yet.

What are you looking for, exactly? There are mods for horns out there. Some add horns to helmets. There are a few mods that create an all new race of demons with various styles of horns coming out of their heads. There's a lot to choose from, you just have to know what you want as a final result and where to look for it.

Well, if you mean those particular horns (which are supposed to be ears and won't look the same in a side view) then you'll just have to wait until he releases that mod.

What I meant by what I asked earlier was what the final purpose you had for any horns you might download. Do you want a helmet that looks exactly like that? Do you want any cool looking helmet at all that involves horns? Do you want horns growing directly out of your main character? Do you plan to use them in a mod you're working on, or do you just think they'd be fun to have?

I ask so we can better help you to find an alternative.

It's not much. I really thought that there were more options out there for horned helmets than this. Other options, if you're good at modeling or using NIFSkope, is using mods with new horned animals and transplanting the horns from those to a helmet. There are mods that add antelope to the game, for instance.

The more specific you are, the easier it is to help. I don't know if I can find much more... but maybe more information would change the search parameters a bit.

If you really, really like the batman horns from that pic, try contacting LHammonds directly about it. He might give it to you to use even before his final version is released. You never know until you ask.
