I think its mostly about the gore. I know in oblivion there was Svenga's arms and legs. But it wasnt that bad. But yeah it should be like 16+

BTW in the american version kids can get K O'd in the UK version you just always miss and you cant go into vats with them.

anyways my mom lets me get the game so she obviously doesnt mind i like it its a good game.

remindes me oblivion started as T (16+) over in The US but it went up to M (17+) for a certain mod created (wink wink)
