Placing objects in game

Is there a mod that would allow you to pick up objects and place them onto shelves etc. There was a mod in Morrowind which allowed the placement of books.

Well, the standard way is by holding 'Z' (PC version) and dragging them carefully into place.

There is also the Auto Book Placer. The newest version (v3) requires OBSE but an old version that doesn't require it (v1.1) is still available. Both files can be found there.
