How do you take screenshots?

Like, I turned the screenshot thing to one, and I think it's F10... but it doesn't work.

And then I load up "Paint" or something (After doing Print Screen), then I do Ctrl-V, but nothing comes up.

Nevermind, read a tutorial, worked. But thanks for the help anyway, guys!

Here's what I was wanting to take:


It's my Terrorist Character 'Kills-Men', with his officer 'Follows-Boss'. Thats the "Black Marsh Helmet" by the way.
