Well, I'm not sure, actually. I think that using the standard method of screenshots in Oblivion, it only allows you to take one screenshot at a time. Essentially, when you take a screenshot the standard way, you need to pause the game, switch to another program, and paste the image in order to save it. It has been a long time since I tried to take screenshots that way, though.
I use FRAPs to take my screenshots. It's a relatively small program that doesn't seem to slow my computer down much, if at all, and it has some nice options. You can take screenshots or vidoes with it and it works for any game that uses DirectX or OpenGL, which is most games, I think.
Apparently they even released a new version (V3.2). I don't know if I'll bother to upgrade, since the version I have does what I need it to, but it looks better than ever.
The downside is that the free version has some restrictions on it. It only outputs screenshots in .bmp format and the length of videos is limited (30 seconds, I think). This isn't much of a problem for most people, I think. In any case, it's faster and easier than trying to use Oblivion's built in system.
