Issues with OBSEv18

I recently Downloaded OBSE v0018, for another mod, and I have expereinced significant random fps drops, and when I shut the game down, I have to ctrl+alt+delete the computer to get rid of the sepia screen. So I was wondering, is this a problem unique to me, or has anyone else experienced this with OBSE?

Oddly enough, I don't use OBSE yet.

Are you using mods with OBSE? I'm assuming so, since that's the whole point of the script extended. I don't think OBSE would do anything to mess up your game on its own. Perhaps one of your mods is affecting your frame rate with certain inefficient uses of a function. It might also be from a mod that uses an older version of OBSE and doesn't know how to handle v0018 properly.

Try disabling all mods that use OBSE (or all mods) and see if it still does it. If not, try adding 1 mod at a time to see when things go wrong.

Sorry for the necropost, but the fps problem just stopped. I think I just had to many mods for my system to handle. It's running smoother now, but I still can't get out of the game without ctrl+alt+deleting.
The sepia screen goes, but then I'm left with a half black desktop background and Vista telling me that Oblivion has stopped working. My mouse doesn't work though, so I have to ctrl+alt+del for that.
