Is there an absorb Magicka Spell?

Just wondering if there is an absorb Magicka spell.  I would like to create a spell that does absorb health and absorb magicka.

Also, does anyone else playing a mage have major dramas with Xivali's?  They are by far the hardest opponent i face.  They seem to absorb my spells, and cast clanfears that brutalise me.

Mellee is the way to go with Xivali, they have a magick resistance and very often resist my Paralyze.  Dont mellee clanfear though as they have a strong damage reflect.

  You can buy absorb and damage magicka spells yes, they are in the college of destruction line and i think from the top of my head you can find them in Skingraad.
