M'aiq the Liar!

To anyone who hasn't/didn't find him or didn't play Morrowind: You know how most games have easter eggs? Well, M'aiq is a freaking BASKET of them.

In Oblivion, some of his topics are:

Nudity, dragons, fishy sticks, werewolves, and feet fighting!

There are more, but I want to be mean and make you find him.

I found him just north of Trossan Camp (Nibenay Basin). But I also followed him around for ~3 hours (real life time). He went around between Anvil and Leyawiin and into some dungeons all over the place. I think he moves in that same area, but he's hella fast. (I had to fort. speed to keep up with him with Athletics of 67 and Speed 93)

I ran ahead of him in the dungeons, and then I went back after he left.
He took all the calipers!

I actually ran into M'aiq the first time I ever played the game, just outside Anvil near the stables. Unfortunately he doesn't have much to lie about in Oblivion... although I wonder what he wants with all those calipers? xD

Yeah, in Oblivion it's all opinion. Too bad there's no Boethiah-Shrine-Esque bit of fact in what he says, though. =(

maiq basically dicusses all the different ideas that people wnated in oblivion, such as levitate, dragons, feet fighting (kicking) etc
he's a pretty weird character who likes looking for calipers...

Whats the deal with him anyway?  Does he just talk about what people wanted in Oblivion and some other stuff? or is he in there for a reason. Perhaps he is giving us clues to the expansion?
