Hey all, I was mucking around with the Construction Set (mostly because I'm out of a job right now). Anyways, somehow I found the time to create a quest for Oblivion.

Basically, go to Gerrit Martense in the main room of "The Counts Arms" in Anvil, and he will tell you to investigate his house to find any clues about his wife's death.

This would definately be classified as "horror" so don't play it if you get scared easily. It gets more twisted as the story progresses, if things don't make sense at first, don't worry, it should all tie together in the end. Ok have fun!

Ok, you can find it here:

let me know what you think as this is the first version of my first mod  Smiley

On the outset of this mod i found a few problems, The Voice used for the quest giver was... Intresting, I noticed a few scrapes and one low spot on the voice over but aside from that i thought it was good. the manor was another story, the landscaping attempt was poorly done, and the enemies i found at the door were a bit strong. the interior of the top had a good flow and design as did the lower levels, the doors however were poorly placed and I could see space above them from a slight distance. The enemies i found were strange, some of them ghost and some of a humanoid form, and some animals through out the area that really didn't belong. Also i found a few test dummies and horses that should be fixed. The enemies were quite overpowered for the level of my character and some objects were floating and some clipping issues found through out. I would rate this mod a 4 out of 10, with a little work you could make this much better. As far as the quest goes you might want to add a few more steps to dirrect you through the tunnel systems.

Now, While all of those issues were found i think you have some great skill that needs to be sharpened and you will be a good modder once that happens.

Heya, thanks for the review man! Yeah, this was my first ever mod, lol, I'm learning C++ right now, hopefully I can make even better mods with that knowledge.

As for the out of place enemies, yeah, they are kind of weird, but I assure you, if you read all of the books/journals that I've put in the quest, every creature has its place in there Smiley (except for the Daedra spiders which I just think are cool!)

Lol, you found the ticket! I didn't think anyone was going to find that, that was just a little easter egg Smiley

Hmmm...right before you enter the Paradise Compoud from the caves, you'll see an altar in front of the door. There should be a journal on that altar explaining the whole story of the Compound.

I guess I need to make it more obvious Smiley

PS--If you dive into the water around the right backside of the church on the final level, you'll find a doorway leading to another surprise  Smiley

Shhhhh..
