I'm complaining about the fact that I spent at LEAST an hour creating my character to perfection, I mean the chick I made was HOTT! Virtual hot. And then I became a vampire and my face changed ...I thought, "Okay, just a side-effect. Calm down, it'll fix itself when I get the cure" ..But no! I cure myself and now I still look fugly. Is their anyway to fix this or am I doomed to finish it out as a fugly mole? Please help. It's turned me off the game, such a simple thing ..But it meant so much to me, lol.

HI  Smiley

When u became a vampire did you go to a temple/church and pray at the altar - within the three day limits you have in order to be cured.

If you don't the only chance of beeing cured for vampirism is doing a quest to get rid of it (the vampirism).

Or if you like, you can download a mod giving you cure vampirism potions.

bye

Hmmm, I do have a solution, of sorts. Part depends on whether you have the mod which puts numerical references in the chargen screens. If you have that and have the numbers you originally used then open the console and type showracemenu thus allowing you to re-enter the numbers you originally started with. If you don't have the numbers you'll have to spend a good bit of the original hour recreating that face. Good luck!

Then again, why would you create a 'hot chick' and then let her become a vampire? That's like saving up for a Ferrari just so just can drive it off a cliff!  Smiley

Just a word of the wise, Dont do the console thing. There is a side effect to that. You lose your levels and Atributes. They return to the beginning levels. I tried this with my Darkelf. I wanted to make him look like a strong grandfather. But when I finished I realised that his levels had dropped to their original level. This means you will be overencumbered and such.

Well, but then I had sort of intended that one fix his/her character with the rest of the console commands. It is certainly possible to bring the char back to precisely where it was before all the trouble. I know that some don't like the console but it IS useful for such matters. Depends on whether one wants strict play or game exploration with aid when needed. Sometimes the only way to find out what happens is to try it out, whatever IT is. Then one needs a way to back out and often enough there isn't a backup save. I know it's happened to me enough.

I didn't know I could be cured before I actually turned.

I'm playing on the Xbox 360.
Thanks, though.

Why not just buy a proper Jazz Mag instead?

HI again Smiley

If want --- you can download the Vile Lair via the Xbox Live --- just go to the marketplace.
Note that you'll need Microsoft Points in order to this.

If you don't want to do this --- you may go to the Arcane University (or the count of Skingrad).
They will give you a quest in order for you to cure your vampirism.
