a venerable vintage

i got a quest ive no idea how to complete, its called a venerable vintage and its about four bottles of wine i picked up from the crypt of vampires.
  The wine is called 'Shadowbanish Wine' and the quest line says that i should ask around to find out more about it but ive talked to Tamika and the saurilies (spelling?) the only people i know who know about wine but i dont get the conversation topic come up, any ideas?

There are numerous bottles of Shadowbanish throughout the land, only in dungeons/forts and in lots of two. If talking to people doesn't give you more clues then go to a lady at the Inn just outside Imperial City.

The lady at the inn oustide of the Imperial City is the one that is looking for them,, she wants a certian number and will pay you for the,  another good quest is also located at around the inn,, ask around and you will find a man that needs help fishing.  he needs some slaughterfish scales for a alchemist, get what he needs and he give you a nice ring of water breathing great for use in dungeons with water and for swimming to boost your Athletics skill.
