These are my mods i have downloaded for Oblivion

ArrowVelocity - Makes arrows go faster. Lower quality bow and arrows go slower, higher quality bow and arrows go faster.

clearer_water1 - Makes the underwater visibility clearer.

ImperialDragon - Changes the Imperial Dragon Armor a bit better than Daedric.

No psychic guards v1.1 - Guards only come when they are in certain sound radius when people yell when you attack them and in a certain view distance.

NukeGrenade - Just a fun mod i only have it on when im mucking around. This mod changes the 'Flare' spell to Fire Damage 3000pts in 3000ft for 25secs on target and only uses 1 magicka.

Quest Award Leveling - Makes quest award items and unique items level up with you.

VampireCurePotions 1.0 - Adds some potions to alchemy stores that cure vampirism if you couldn't be bothered doing that long boring quest.

I have all the officials plus:
808-Better Water - Makes the water clearer
Quest Award Leveling - Makes quest items level with you (as Corum already explained)
Reznod_Mannequin - Adds mannequins to display armor and such
X-Ray Detect - Makes Detect Life cooler looking (but doesn't work properly so I might remove it)

And two mods I didn't download but made myself:
ResistDiseaseAmulet - Adds a cheater amulet with Resist Disease 100% (because I hate getting diseased every few seconds)
Frenzy100 - The highest Frenzy spell in the game is level 28 so basically after level 28 you can't frenzy people anymore. This adds a level 100 spell.

Got three new mods and got rid of clearer water

Color Map - Changes the map of Cyrodiil to a color map (looks much better) Download it here

Illumination Within - Awesomeness! When you're in exterior cells (outside of buildings), at night, windows light up and glow as though someone turned the lights on from inside. It livens up the atmosphere at night time. The lights have their own schedules for different types of buildings. Download it here
