What items do you use knick the flesh from the bones of innocents. How would you go about assassinating an innkeeper, or shooting an arrow at a guard from a rooftop. Post your Methods, Ideas, and Items used in your diabolical murders.

Well at inns i buy all the food that the inn keeer seels n i sell him like 30 poisoned apples i take all food out of any crates off all tables n put poisoned apples but that dosent seem to work yet and i made these rings that do fire damage on self i go to sneak mode pickpocket a person i put the rings in their inventory that tactic works with the jewler in the market district first you sell him the rings that do fire damage on self wait an hour or so then he will be wearing them n he will be burning n jus standing there n when i wanna kill large crowds of people i have this spell  called Volcanic Eruption which does drain health 100 points in 100 feet fire damage 100 points in 100 feet and weakness to fire 100 points in 100 feet =)

You can't do that.  The game doesn't let you, normally.  What mod or cheat are you running to be able to put things in people's inventories?  I really want to be able to do that.
